In these Terms and Conditions, the following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "kc777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to kc777, the licensed online gaming platform operated at kc777.biz, including all affiliated services, products, and sub-domains.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through the kc777 platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile opened by a Player on the kc777 platform, through which all gaming activity and financial transactions are conducted.
• "PKR Wallet" — the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's kc777 Account, representing the sum of deposits, credited bonuses, and accumulated winnings, less any withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by kc777 to a Player's Account under specific terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited directly by the Player in Pakistani Rupees via an approved payment method, and any winnings attributed to bets placed with Real Money Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount (or the sum of Bonus plus deposit) must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of related winnings is permitted.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting, promotional, and ancillary services offered through the kc777 platform, including but not limited to slot games, live casino tables, sports betting, crash games, jackpot games, and customer support.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to kc777 is restricted under applicable law or the terms of kc777's gaming license.

By accessing the kc777 platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kc777 platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, the kc777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any promotional rules, the promotional rules shall take precedence with respect to the specific promotion only.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with kc777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform in a personal capacity, for recreational purposes, and not on behalf of any third party or as a professional gambler operating an unregistered service.
• You are not a resident of, and are not currently located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, either issued by kc777 or by any other gaming operator or gaming authority, that has not expired or been formally lifted.
• You have not previously had a kc777 Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have read and accepted the kc777 Responsible Gaming Policy and commit to playing within your financial means.

kc777 employs automated and manual verification processes to confirm eligibility. Providing false information during registration — including falsified age, name, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the kc777 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kc777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

• You must immediately notify kc777 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to access your Account.
• kc777 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending verification of identity at any time and without prior notice.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as published in our fee schedule.

All financial transactions on the kc777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kc777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods:

kc777 operates a strict same-name policy: withdrawals must be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the kc777 Account holder. Third-party transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by kc777 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all kc777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• A Player may hold and wager only one active Bonus at a time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• kc777 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice to Players who have not yet activated the relevant offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value outside of the kc777 platform.
• Where a Player opts out of a bonus before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• kc777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through fraudulent activity.
• Players who exhibit Bonus abuse behaviour — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine gaming activity — may have their Bonus cancelled and their Account reviewed.

All games available on the kc777 platform use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The certification of RNG systems is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories on a scheduled basis. kc777 does not — and cannot — manipulate game outcomes under the terms of its international gaming license.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are specified within each game and on each sporting market. These limits may vary by account tier and promotional status.
• All sporting event results are determined by the relevant governing bodies. kc777 is not responsible for errors in data feeds supplied by third-party providers, though any such errors will be corrected as promptly as possible.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game round, kc777's records shall constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of failure.
• kc777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds, lines, or game configurations resulting from a technical error or data feed fault.
• Bets placed using funds that are later determined to have been deposited via fraudulent means will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kc777 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of Account balance, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or registering using false or third-party identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tools to access, analyse, or interact with the kc777 platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the kc777 platform software or games for financial gain.
• Using the kc777 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in violation of kc777's betting integrity policies.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kc777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the kc777 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

All content on the kc777 platform — including but not limited to the kc777 brand name, logo, trademarks, game assets, software, graphics, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of kc777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kc777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any kc777 intellectual property without the prior written consent of kc777.

kc777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible from Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — receive automatic alerts or forced logout after a set gaming duration.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your Account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from kc777 for a minimum period of 6 months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check Notifications — periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kc777 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, even if kc777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kc777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the kc777 platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their own devices and network connections are secure and appropriately protected.

kc777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documentation within the stipulated period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment service provider in relation to funds deposited.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting kc777 support. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of identity verification and provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

kc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kc777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the kc777 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kc777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to kc777's internal disputes resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact kc777 support in writing. kc777 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under kc777's gaming license.
